Biography
In 2003 Martina graduated at the Trieste Conservatory "G. Tartini" link, and is now concluding a three years long course in Didactics in Music. Moreover, she is concluding a Music Therapy course at the Artem association in Udine (including vocal, dancing and instrumental therapy studies).
Martina teaches modern and jazz singing at the Scuola di Musica 55 school link in Trieste and at the Scuola di Musica Roland school link in Gorizia.

Since she was a child, she has taken part in several choirs:
- Children choir, young and girls choir "Vesela Pomlad" in Opicina;
- Women choir of the Glasbena Matica music school link in Trieste (awarded in numerous international competitions in Slovenia, Austria and Italy);
- Mixed voices sextet, later women trio Musica Noster Amor;
- International choir Vox ecumenica link;
- Artistic director in the vocal-instrumental group "Joy Spring";
- Conductor assistant in other choirs.
After studies of solo singing at the "M. Kogoj" music school link, she has taken lessons with the mezzo-soprano Cristina Guarino and with the jazz singers Maja Jakupović and Ines Reiger in Graz (Austria), and Irena Vidic in Ljubljana (Slovenia).
She has attended classes of jazz singing (prof. Karoline De Rooij) at the Carinthian conservatory in Klagenfurt.
In 2005 Martina was active in the workshops of the Umbria Jazz Clinics festival link in Perugia (Italy), guided by the teachers and tutors Donna McElroy (jazz vocal) and Dennis Montgomery III (gospel) from the Boston Berklee College of Music;
in 2005 and 2006 she took part in the Jazzinty workshop link in Novo mesto (Slovenia) in Miles Griffith’s class;
in 2007 she attendend the "Masterclass of vocal interpretation" with the italian singer Tosca link.
She is now concentrating on her advanced studies with Franca Drioli.

- Numerous artists from Trieste and the cross-border area (Paolo & Stefano Bembi, Davide Casali, Iztok Cergol, Sofia & Laura Cossutta, Aleksander Ipavec, Aljoša Jerič, Martina Kafol, Jasna Merkù, Andrejka Možina, Jana Pečar, Daniela Picoi, Piero Purini, Luciano Santin, Ornella Serafini) in various projects (live concerts, studio, radio and TV recording for networks, such as Rai, RTV Slovenija, RTV Koper, Telequattro);
- Music teacher in the Slovenian kindergartens, primary schools, associations in Trieste and Gorizia.

- Solo singer in šagra group "Status Symbol", in jazz groups "Weavers", "Nomos jazz ensamble", with the big band of the slovenian TV network Radiotelevizija Slovenija, conducted by Lojze Kranjčan, in the project Tribute to Pink Floyd, with the Brass Band Prosecco and Brass Band Viktor Parma from Trebiciano;
- Conductor assistant for the singing exhibitions in the Trieste Slovenian theatre in the play "The Princess and the Pea";
- Duo with the Slovenian Singer-songwriter Vlado Kreslin and with the Croatian singer Aki Rahimovski (Parni Valjak).
